We offer a range of services for residential development at varying scales. This includes masterplans for large strategic sites, promoting land for landowners and their agents through the planning system, to detailed layout designs for house builders.

We produce Testing Layouts for land bids that take into consideration a sites' constraints, local planning policies as well as our clients' commercial parameters.

We produce detailed planning layouts and other supporting planning drawings, including street scenes, design statements and house type packs that often require amended house type designs.

Masterplanning

We produce strategic masterplans for larger sites such as Sustainable Urban Extensions. This can be done in a variety of forms and media such as Illustrative Masterplans and Development Frameworks for Outline Planning Applications.

Land Bids

We provide clients with Testing Layouts for land bids that maximise coverage to ensure that they are competitive whilst demonstrating a real 'sense of place' and character.

Detailed Planning Layouts

We produce Detailed Planning Layouts to support Reserved Matters and Detailed Planning Applications, which includes other supporting plans and drawings.

Design & Access Statements

We produce Design & Access Statements to support all outline planning applications and Design Statements to support RM applications. We also produce Design Codes and Design Compliance Statements.

House Type Design

We produce and amend planning house types as well as street scenes and supporting visuals for planning applications
